Training and support shall be provided in English to key employees of the Franchisee’s stores or at Equivalenza HQ on an ongoing basis.

Training shall be provided in the areas of Store procedures, Customer Service, In-store Merchandising, Cross Selling, Product and Informatics.

Equivalenza will provide store-operating guidelines/manuals that must be strictly followed by the Franchisee/Master.

Location of Equivalenza stores:

Only in prime locations of the main cities.
The minimum area is 35 sqm plus a stockroom with a façade of 4 m.
Ideal store area: 35-50 sqm plus stockroom (10% of the commercial area) with a façade of 4-6 m.
